I founded Tier Therapy because I am passionate about helping people live their best lives. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic mental health conditions. As an individual who suffered many of the same obstacles addressed here, I bring real life experience and triumph!

IWe specialize in working with young adults, particularly those struggling with identity issues, self- discovery and relationship challenges. We also have experience working with adults and veterans. 

Our therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor our approach to each client's unique needs. We prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for clients.
